Applying the right amount of nitrogen to a corn field becomes more complicated when it comes time to estimate how much nitrogen will be available from manure applications. Tests have been developed to make better predictions of nitrogen availability from manure applications. This video was made to explain one of these methods and demonstrate how it was done.
